🔐 Account security
Protecting teacher and administrator accounts
Teachers and administrators have access to a large amount of personal data in Stuudium. This means protecting these accounts is even more important than for students or parents.
Most security incidents related to Stuudium are caused by students getting access to a teacher’s password. The password could have been written down in a notebook, people can observe the teacher typing in their password, or the password is accidentally saved to a public computer’s browser.
To avoid leaks of personal data and other security issues, school staff must log in using secure methods: an ID-card or Smart-ID. Logging in using a password is not allowed.
